Thank you for subscribing to ApplyPass. We hope you’re happy with your purchase. 

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may be eligible for a full refund.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Submit your receipt or proof of purchase to support@applypass.com and our support team will get back to you in 1-3 business days.

Am I eligible for a refund?

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund.

Where are refunds issued?

If you are approved for a refund, refunds are issued back to the credit card that was used for the original payment within 3-5 days via Stripe.

When are refunds processed?

Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your proof of purchase to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
