ApplyPass is priced affordably because we believe everyone deserves a fair chance at finding their dream job without financial barriers.

Tools to help you get a cool job should be affordable. We’ve priced our service competitively so that we can help as many people as possible.

Do you offer discounts for students, unemployed, etc.?

Currently, we do not currently offer discounts or promotions for any reason. If that changes, we’ll let you know!

Do I have to pay anything after I get a job offer?

No, all payments are upfront and there are no additional costs after you receive a job offer.

Free Trial

Yes, a free trial is available. During this period, you'll have access to a limited set of features which allows you to test out the service.

How does the free trial work?

Before the free trial, you’ll fill out basic information about you and your job search, like your resume, your level of seniority, the type or title of role you want next, your current or ideal location, etc. Then our human-assisted AI applies to 100 relevant applications for you.

When the trial is over, you can decide what’s best for you.

What can I expect to get out of the free trial?

The free trial provides insight into how ApplyPass works and what you could expect from a full subscription.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account in the account settings page of your profile.

What happens to my data after my account is canceled?

Upon cancellation, your data will be securely archived in accordance with our privacy policy.

How do I upgrade my account?

To upgrade, visit your account settings. Upgrading provides full access to ApplyPass features, including unlimited applications and job match notifications.

Can I use ApplyPass if I live outside the U.S.?

If you are looking for jobs in the US or Canada, then we can work with you. You can live anywhere, as long as you want to work in the US or Canada.

We’ll be expanding to support countries outside the US and Canada soon.

If your background isn’t listed, you might still be a good fit. We advise you to apply and find out. Even if we can’t support you now, we’re constantly expanding who we support, and so we might be able to work with you soon!

What do you do about open-ended questions, like "Why do you want to work for us?"

Do I get a list of all the companies and jobs I've applied to so far?

Yes, you can view the complete list of your applications in your account dashboard.

What is the accuracy of the applications?

All AI driven systems make mistakes, or hallucinate. Because we’re still early in our product development, we cannot guarantee how much or how often our technology will hallucinate.

Can I see the application submissions?

You should see all the application submissions from ApplyPass come through the email address you use to sign up.

If this is still not enough, for now, we can provide your entire application submission upon request. In the meantime, we’re working to be able to provide all of your application submissions available in your Dashboard.

Can I set filters and apply to select companies with ApplyPass?

Yes, you can set filters for companies and roles. To block certain companies, simply add them to your exclusion list, or blacklist, in your onboarding settings.

What should I do if I get an interview I don’t want?

ou can always decline an interview if you’re really truly not interested.

However, we recommend all candidates using our product accept all interviews offered, even if just for practice. You never know when you’ll find a match or pique your interest until you’ve given a company and a role some consideration.

Our product is designed to open your mind, expand the possibilities, and create opportunities where you might not currently see them. We encourage all our customers to take this approach and use this mindset.

How can I block applications to certain companies?

To block certain companies, simply add them to your exclusion list, or blacklist, in your onboarding settings.

Where do you get the jobs from?

Jobs are sourced from reputable applicant tracking systems, job boards and company websites.

How do you ensure the quality of the jobs?

We vet all our job postings to ensure quality and relevance. We also work to ensure every job is guaranteed to be active.

How do you match me to a job?

Our AI-driven system matches you to thousands of roles based on your preferred job title and seniority level.

For software engineers, we also match based on preferred technology stack.

How often do you add new jobs and remove old jobs from the platform?

Thousands of new jobs in the technology industry are added daily, and old jobs are removed as soon as they are no longer available.

How does the ApplyPass technology work?

ApplyPass is a software service that applies to jobs automatically. We customize and optimize each application based on the candidate and the role. Our goal is to efficiently and effectively drive more interviews to your inbox, so we only apply to jobs that are best suited to you.

The goal of our product is to help you get 1 interview per week through ApplyPass.

Instead of guaranteeing a number of interviews, which would be impossible to deliver, we have a free trial so you can test and see for yourself.
